  They gave me excellent advice and help me choose the perfect eternity ring for my wife. We had to guess on sizing a little but they assured me that after I had given it to her if it wasn't quite right they'd resize it exactly to fit.

  From Ken ( owner) on down to Pam, Allison and all the others, customer service old style. Warmth, laughter and everyone knows what they are doing. They have re-worked jewellery for me, created jewellery for me and on it goes. Look what Ken did for me. White sapphire, white gold and pearls. Competely re-created my Great Aunts earrings from a photo (although hers had diamonds and not white sapphires but I'm not that rich lol ) Perfect in every detail. Just an example of the work Ken and his talented staff do.

  I went in to have my wedding ring resized , made larger and the son said to me "you have never worn this ring" needless to say I have never been back there. I still remember the sting of it. Someone needs to tell him that even if he thought that he should never have said it.
