  Beautiful site, but we wont be back. There was a large group blasting music at concert level volumes until 3:30 am, followed by a loud fight until 5 am. As other reviewers have mentioned this as a problem I strongly advise against going if you want sleep. Go to party.

  Our campsite was on gravel with no shade, and the campground got pretty rowdy at night.

  A large group of friends and I camped out at Sayres lake , and I was surprised we didn’t get noise complaints as we were quite loud- we took up two sites at the entrance to the campground. Staff very helpful, swift responses via email.I truly enjoyed my time at here, the lake was glassy and clear- please always keep boats out of it!!!!

  The ground was incredibly rocky, so ensure to bring sleeping mats! The campsites are close together, so if you’re looking for a quiet serene campground this is not it!! Lol

  The lake itself is beautiful, and there's a nice little wharf and floating platform you can swim to.
