    We met with Amar to open an account and were treated with the utmost disrespect and humiliated. Do not go to this branch. Go somewhere where they value customers/members. There are many other options.

    4. I deposited cash into my account, and when I got home and checked the app, I was short double what I put in, they listed it as a withdrawal instead of deposit.

    5. I asked if my boyfriend could put money onto my visa, as I wouldn’t be able to get their before my bill was due. Was told as long as he had the visa he could, THE NEXT DAY he went to pay it, and was told he couldnt pay my visa.

    This bank has a few very helpful and great staff, however; it seems like they’re not all one the same page, and some of them are ill trained. I bank here simply because my accounts are free until I’m 25. That being said, the interest rate on my savings account is .00002, so it’s really not a good deal. Some examples of things that have gone wrong:

    1. We set up the feature to take photos of your cheques to deposit them, they failed to mention there was a TWO WEEK hold on the money and I had to wait it out.

    Not to mention there always seems to be very little staff on, and the lines always take 30 minuets plus.
