  Yes, I agree with Alex, some doctors have old-style "I am the God" attitude towards patients and staff, but most of them are knowledgeable and caring.

  Nice, but small. I used to work at Mission Memorial Hospital and my opinion it is a very nice community hospital. Building a bit outdated and patients rooms kind of small and crowded, but the staff is very good, dedicated and compassionate.

  Transported her via ambulance for a badly injured ankle. ER staff were great, quickly got Dr W and Dr S to relocate a dislocated ankle before transporting to a surgeon. Dr W's work was complimented by our ortho surgeon, and his care likely was responsible for reducing the damage and reducing the amount of after intervention. His dry humour and calm manner and kindness to my wife was appreciated on that terrible day. Hopefully will not be back, but nice to know they are there.

  Absolutely nothing good to say about this place! Nurses are rude! Doctors are clearly just there for the pay check! Oh and when you actually have a problem they just ship you off to Abbotsford Hospital and tell you they don't have the services to help you! Why are they even there waste of tax paying dollars! More of a 24hr walk in clinic. Because of the service that they did provide me tonight and the rude nurse that clearly did not take in any of her training with interpersonal skills I will never go back! This place is a joke and I will be making a formal complaint to the Hospital! Completely overwhelmed with disappointment!

  I Visited for the first time the other day and wow!!!!Was having pains on side of my chest and came up to the emergency room entry!Cleaning lady said to wait a couple minutes so she can finish cleaning base of door!!WTH!!!!Mmm happy I was not on a stretcher!!Woman doing admissions was certainly not welcoming nor friendly!!Bad P.R.However the worst part was this elderly gentleman requesting a blanket and repeatedly ignored by staff!Staff to busy talking about when there breaks are,who's going on holiday and the lotto pool!SERIOUSLY!!Wth!!!Finally another young patient called to staff to get assistance and finally 5 minutes later a nurse responded!However this nurse stated to the elderly guy " You couldn't wait 2 minutes"This man was scared and in no form whatsoever being comforted by staff!The young patient even helped the elderly guy to the bathroom and comforted him!What's wrong with this scenario???The doctor who saw me was very professional and courteous as well as two other woman working there!I was out in less than 2 hours such is quite good!I did complain to Emergency manager who did she talked to staff however she hung up the phone on me!Very unprofessional!!This is what are tax dollars are paying for!!Most people that work at B.c hospitals are professionals however what I saw and heard with I'm sure is rare is SAD!!!I have now forwarded a letter of concern to the ministry as a result!!
