  How helpful staff is varies depending on who you get since it's not a priority there. Some days, shopping there is frustrating when you find the shelf carrying the item is empty instead. Happens too frequently. Returning items isn't as smooth and courteous as other stores. Probably depends on who you get. Frustrating to shop for otc (over the counter) meds as the aisles aren't labeled. Need to search to find what you're looking for. Apparently the babies' and kids' clothing is good but for adults, not that well-made for the price.

  Cheapest grocery store in Mission. Click and collect online shopping option makes buying groceries quick and convenient at a low price. Having a natural food aisle is a big plus! I do wish the meat quality was better. In recent years the chicken has really gone down hill.

  Big store with lots of selection, staff are happy to help you find what you're looking for. Cashiers are very patient and helpful to those of us who only come to town once a month to shop and fill the belt. Much appreciated!

  Increase in the quality since we last shopped here. A year ago, the shelves were almost always empty and the staff hardly helped at all. Now, staff are friendlier, the shelves were (mostly) stocked up and there are greater selection than before. Definitely a better experience!

  Prices and selection is fairly good. The produce section has steadily improved over the years and now have the best produce selection in Mission. Has a small range of ethnic foods in one aisle and in the frozen foods that I wish was better since Mission has a large Asian population. They've improved their bulk section although the range of spices in bulk is small. Has a decent selection of baked goods but nothing outstanding. Indoor floral and houseplant selection is poor with no one to help, offer advice or wrap flowers. Recently added a wine selection.
